Open daily from 10am until 5pm the Peppermint Bay Providore sells an abundance of fine Tasmanian fare. Be it the tartness of quinces or fragrant fresh olive oil, house smoked salmon or slowly ripening cheeses, there is something to tempt everyone. We have our own smoker and are constantly developing new products. We also stock a unique range of quirky and original home wares. Find that special gift or treat yourself!

Art and Craft Gallery
Take time to browse Regnans Gallery - a showcase of fine Tasmanian art and craft. This fine gallery provides a venue for local, statewide and limited interstate designers, artists and craftspeople. Products available include furniture creations by the best Tasmanian designers and makers including Rex Heathcote, Stuart Houghton and Toby Muir-Wilson. Striking linocuts, print works and paintings from a variety of local artists along with beautiful textiles and jewellery pieces are on show daily in the Gallery which is situated in the grounds of Peppermint Bay.
